The management has provided the affordable New City Paradise payment plan. Also, we understand that it is easy for buyers to pay in installments. So we offer easy installment to our buyers. Buyers can witness lower prices in our societies than in other communities. Yet if they invest now, they will get massive profits. Also, there is the platter deal, which provides buyers with several plots at once.
Two different payment schedules are available to customers. For example, one installment plan has 36 monthly installments, and the other has 4 biannual installments. But there will be a processing and confirmation fee for the property.

• 10 Marla plots for sale in NCP cost Rs 3,700,000/-. So, the booking and confirmation price is Rs 463,750/- each. Also, the 36 monthly installments of Rs 39,369/-. The 4-half-yearly installments of 158,800/-.
• 1 kanal plot for sale in NCP costs Rs 7,000,000/-. So, the booking and confirmation price is Rs 873,750/- each. Also, the 36 monthly installments of Rs 74,205/-. The 4- half-yearly installments of 385,275/-.

• 2.5 Marla plots for sale in NCP cost Rs 5,500,000/-. So, the booking and confirmation price is Rs 550,000/- each. Also, the 36 monthly installments of Rs 61,100/-. The 4-half-yearly installments of 276,000/-. Besides, the allotment and possession are Rs 550,000/- each.
